Bolt Full Floating Disc conversion Kit
The 14 bolt full floating disc conversion kit is a win, win situation.
Switch to disc brakes and get easier maintenance, self cleaning,
less weight and increased stopping power. Dump those heavy ineffective
drums and upgrade to discs!
Designed to use:
1976-1978 Cadillac Eldorado rear calipers(emergency brake equipped.)
1971-87 GM front 3/4 ton calipers.
Rotors required are from the same 3/4 ton Chevy front.
This is a single piece bracket, bent to the shape required for
the flange offset and then reinforced for added strength in the
bent area. We've left as much material around the bolt area for
a more robust bracket. No spacers are required with this kit.
All the mounting hardware required is included with the kit.

70 disc conversion
This is disc conversion kit is a weld on kit that gives you a
removable bracket in the end. Designed this way so you have no
spacers what so ever and still have a removable bracket. You get
everything you see in the photo X 2.
Both the bracket and weld flange are 3/8" thick steel CNC
cut for a precise fit! The flange is NOT threaded. So you will
never have to deal with damaged threads in the flange. If a bolt
or nut are to become damaged just replace and go again! Simple
and effective. Hardware consists of 1/2"x 20 grade 8 bolts
and nuts. Yes, the nuts are grade 8 nylocs. Loc washers are a
high alloy for a long lasting hold.
This kit will include the rotors as well. The rotors are not an
off the shelf item. Dana 70 hubs (that we have seen) require a
larger center hole. This is the reason for non standard rotors.
Rotor availability is no problem we have them on the shelf now!
This kit uses the same caliper as our 14BFF kit. A 76-78 Eldorado
caliper or a 71-87 GM 3/4 ton 4x4 front caliper.

70 HD disc conversion
This is the same kit as as the Dana 70 disc conversion, with one
exception. The Center hole in the weld on flange is 3.5"
in diameter to allow it to fit over the larger diameter HD tube.
It uses the same rotors and calipers as our other disc conversions.
Supplied with rotors cut to fit on your hubs.
NOTE: This will not clear a dual wheel.

with the off road crowd with the lighter weight vehicles running
